Order Placement and Cancellation
You must contact our team by email or phone to place an order. We discuss all your requirements in detail and start customization after order confirmation. Once we begin to work on the order, then in case of order cancellation, You must pay the charges. However, if the order has been shipped, it is impossible to cancel it.
After the sample approval, you cannot change the printing designs. If you want to cancel the order at that stage, you must be charged when we send the order to the printing department. The cancellation charges will be 50% at that stage. But after order confirmation, if you cancel it, then you will be charged 15% more of an additional fee.
We try to deliver orders on time to our customers. However, external factors beyond our control can affect the order time. In this case, you cannot blame us for the late delivery. We are not liable for delays due to weather conditions or shipping carriers. Also, you cannot cancel these orders due to delay.
