After three days we will not be responsible for any problem regarding packaging. We have established a clear and explicit return policy to facilitate the customers. This includes the conditions under which the return will be accepted. Also, we mention the process of returning products.
The customer must be informed about the real problem within three days. However, if you want to qualify return the boxes must be in original condition. Custom-made or personalized packaging is not eligible for return unless that is damaged or defective. We don’t accept the boxes that are sold during sale offers unless they are damaged.

To inform us about the return you must contact our customer care team. You can contact them through email or phone call. They will respond within 24 to 48 hours. So, to initiate the return you must send them the order number, receipt, product detail, and reason for return. They are very prompt to respond to the customers. Also, they will guide you through our policy and procedure for box returns.
Confirmation of Defect
In case of any defect that you report within three days, we are responsible to return or replace it. You will be notified of the final solution within 7 to 8 days. However, we need verification before the application of the return policy. We can ask you to send photos of the defective parts or other documents. Once the defect is confirmed we will notify you about the exchange.
We strive to deliver the same work that you need. But if you find the color or print a little bit different from the original photo don’t, create panic. There are chances of change in the original box to sample five percent. We also send the number of boxes 5% more or less than the original number of orders. So, you don’t need to worry. You must place the order five percent more than the required number of boxes. It will save you time and our shipping charges.
